Description
In Finland, people eat a lot of berries. Every year, over 500 million kilograms of berries grow wild in the forests of Finland. Wild berries are eaten around 8 kilograms per person per year on average. There are 37 species of wild and edible berries in Finland.
In this collection we have only three: bilberry (or Finnish Blueberry), wild strawberry and cloudberry. Non-wild, garden berries are the raspberry and the strawberry.
