Did you know that October 1st is celebrated as “World Postcard Day”? On World Postcard Day, postcards are sent around the world, and so called meetings are organized where – surprise, surprise – postcards are written. The campaign was started by Postcrossing, but it is intended for everyone interested in sending postcards.
The year 2024 was special for the post office, because the Universal Postal Union (UPU) turned 150 years old.
These cards are specially designed to be suitable for a theme day, but they can be sent all year round and spread information about the postcard’s own day.
The images of postcards are generated with MidJourney AI tool and are made by Minna from Minor Postcards. These cards are only sold as a set of five.
