General information on the webstore
The products on this website are sold by Minor Postcards, Business ID 1875810-0. We sell our products to legal adults worldwide. The product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.
Ordering from the webstore
Products are ordered online at www.minorpostcards.fi. Minimum order is 10 €. The customer will have to accept the valid terms and conditions in order to place an order. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. E-mail confirmation includes order details – price, shipping and handling, ordered products and also our contact information. Customer must provide a valid e-mail address to receive order confirmation e-mail. E-mail address will be added to our newsletter subscribers list. If you don’t want news about our offers and new cards, write an order note that you unsubscribe our newsletter or use the unsubscribe- link in the e-mail.
Confirmation of order
We send an order confirmation by email. The contents of the e-mail include:
• the order number
• our bank account number
• order total and items of the order
• cost of shipping and handling
• our contact information
Registered users can check their order status and information from our website’s My Account page.
Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Maksukaista. Maksukaista / Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Maksukaista is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

With Maksukaista you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. Jousto: With Jousto invoice and part-payment you can pay in over 4000 online shop in Finland. With Jousto invoice, you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur). Everyday: Everyday credit limit is at least 300 eur. Pay with one transaction by the end of next month (no extra fees) or with monthly payments. Minimum sum per monthly payment is 1/5 of the total sum of the bill. After the due date, 5% monthly interest rate is added. Annualized percentage rate for typical 500 eur credit is 48,52 %. Euroloan: Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Euroloan invoice and part-payment is available to over 20 years old consumers having a permanent address in Finland. The payment method is enabled for payments from 10 to 2000 eur. The part-payment is invoiced every 30 days. For example, annualized percentage rate for a 1500 eur credit is 26,1 % when the payment term is 12 months. The total price is 1697,15 eur (incl. interest rate 6 %, invoicing fee 3,95 eur/month, opening fee from 3 eur).
Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Euroloan invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review. Direct bank transfer
We ship the products when the bank transfer shows up in our account. We do not have a “collect on delivery” – option. We process the order on working days after the order has been paid. Direct bank transfer orders are on hold for five working days. If the order hasn’t been paid in that time, the order will be cancelled.

We ship products on working days. The products will be sent by post within eight working days. We deliver orders in Second Class mail to Finland and Europe, elsewhere in First Class. If we have some exceptions in our delivery times, we’ll inform the customers affected and also update the “Recent” – section of our website. Unfortunately we cannot help if local mail offices cause delays in deliveries.
Delivery method and shipping costs
Shipping and handling costs include shipping and packaging. Customer can view shipping and handling costs in the website before paying for the order. Replacements and returns
The customers have a 14-day right to a refund under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return items only applies to unused and sellable products stored in their original packaging.
How to return and replace products
1. Returned products must be unused and stored in their original packaging. Please return all items delivered.
2. Add the following information to the return:

3. Return the product in the same package it was delivered to you. Send it to our address:
We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
When we have received and processed the return, we’ll refund the money to your account.
Shipping issues and defective products
If a product is lost or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must notify immediately [email protected] or via mail). The customer must inform us in 14 days from the delivery. If the package has been damaged in mail, you must file a consumer complaint with the mail office.
We reserve right to change the terms and conditions. The customer must accept the current terms and conditions before ordering.
