The Harapaisentie Post Office service point in Lappeenranta is known for its huge mailbox, which is part of the building. The Posti delivery vans in the picture give a good idea of just how enormous the mailbox is! It is located at Harapaisentie 57–59. Fortunately, despite its gigantic size, the slot for outgoing mail is at a normal height. The slot can be seen as a shadow along the boundary between the yellow and grey sections. It can be used to send ordinary mail, including postcards.
