Description
The image on this card was created for a photography competition and entered into the 2025 digital category of the Lakeland Photo Contest (Järvi-Suomen kuvakisa) under the title “Old Story”. The theme of the category was “Dream”, and this image won first prize!
The image was combined in a photo editing software from two photographs taken by Minna from Minor Postcards. A young woman reading in the forest has been set against a background of buhurt fighters photographed at the Ristiina Linnaniemi medieval event in 2021. The title of the image was changed because Minor already has a card named “Old Stories”.
