Although letter mail delivery days are being reduced in Finland and postal fees are rising, according to Posti, the service is still reliable and the mail arrives generally within the promised delivery time.
Relative to the Posti’s transport volume, there are very few lost shipments, and that seems to be true in our opinion. During Minor’s ten years of online webshop, only a few orders have been completely lost on the way – of course, there have been many more lost postcards sent as Postcrosser over the years, but there can be many reasons why they disappear.
