Description
Ryijy is a traditional Finnish textile with knotted threads, remotely similar to the traditional Persian rugs, but with longer threads. Also, it’s used as a tapestry nowadays. Through the history, the uses for it have changed from blanket to modern art piece. The original image was a cloudy beach landscape.
