Description
In this picture the “Meriluoto”, “Sea Islet” – raft is on its way to Hailuoto island in Bothnian Bay, summer 2011. The picture has been taken from the raft “Merisilta”, “Sea Bridge”. They cross paths on the sea several times a day, because they are responsible for regular traffic in and out of Hailuoto. The distance is 6,9 km and during winter, an ice road is also in use.
