Description
This picture was taken in late summer of 2011 in nearby Pohjalampi and it shows a typical Finnish landscape. Pohjalampi is part of a nature conservation area. It’s a versatile swamp area, with areas that have many different birds nesting, eating and resting there. The pond has swampy beaches, so it’s not good for swimming, but you can find cloudberries, blueberries and cranberries there.
