Description

Every season has its pros and cons. Many people love autumn because that’s when the air cools and the fall colors take over the scenery.

According to the astronomical definition, autumn in this hemisphere is the time between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice. In the Southern hemisphere winter is the time between March 20 or 21 and June 21 or 22.

Meteorologists define that autumn is when the daily mean temperatures are below +10 °C (50 °F) for many consecutive days and it ends when temperature is below zero Celsius. Weather conditions vary greatly in the autumn and the heat sum is used as a base of seasonal determination nowadays.

The autumn includes e.g. autumn storms and the power outages caused by them in rural areas, fall colors (ruska), berry and mushroom picking and the departure of migratory birds from Finland.

This card features a special matte finish, which feels soft and luxurious. The special coating prevents fingerprints and smudges, too, so feel free to touch it!
